Refund policy

14-Day Return Window

All apparel can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and accessories intact. Submit a return request through your account or mail us on conceptbysafa@gmail.com and our team will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return address.

14-Day Change of Mind Period

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from purchase to exchange your clothing item for a different style or color. The original item must be in clean, unworn condition. Exchange requests follow the same RMA process as returns.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

• Refunds issued via original payment method only
